It all starts during Puberty

Puberty is the process whereby the body's sex organs mature under the influence of hormones, so that we can become fully grown adults, with the ability to reproduce should we choose to do so. Without age appropriate education, it can be a daunting, and confusing process for many young people. NFNZ wants to see every young person equiped with a basic understanding of their fertility, and for females, how they can track it daily.
